Craig Berman: Co-Founder & Strategist
Seasoned strategist with over 30 years of global experience in communication and relationship-building. Known for opening new markets and driving innovation. Built Makro point-of-sale to #1 in South Africa. Grew Hitachi audio-visual to market leadership (700 units, R16M turnover). Clients include BMW, Audi, Toyota, Standard Bank, Absa, Cashbuild, Massmart. Mark Lamberti (former CEO, Massmart): "A consummate marketer of property and consumer goods."
Tyrone Watkins: Co-Founder & Operator
Operator and systems and execution specialist. The force that turns vision into operational reality, with a holistic approach to operations and process. Directed the FIFA World Cup Trophy Reveal (Germany, 2006). Managed 500+ performers at Emperors Palace and Sun International. Produced South African launches for BMW, Audi, and Toyota. Created the Think Awards. Built one of the largest live production infrastructures in the region.
Liam Webb: Technology Partner (joined 2023)
AI architecture and strategy. Built SmartAlex from the ground up: 1.7 million lines of purpose-built code. Designed the Voice3 engine with 7 concurrent linguistic turn-taking signals. Architected the emotion mirroring system using spectral analysis (5ms response). Established the Singapore technology entity.
